Yes. FlexStay supports lease workflows where enabled by the host and listing.

How do hosts manage listings?

Hosts manage listings from their dashboard after signing in.

Are dashboard and application pages public?

No. Dashboard, application, booking, account, receipt, and API pages are private or transactional and are not intended for search indexing.

How do I compare neighbourhoods?

Start from a city landing page, choose a neighbourhood, and compare active listings by rental type, price, property type, and amenities.

What types of properties can be listed on FlexStay?

FlexStay supports apartments, condos, houses, and townhouses, available for short-stay or long-term rental depending on the listing.

Are there any fees associated with using FlexStay?

A rental booked by the night for a fixed date range, similar to a hotel stay — priced nightly and reserved through FlexStay's booking flow.
Long-term rental
A rental leased by the month rather than the night, typically requiring a rental application and a signed lease before move-in.
Host
The person or company who lists a property on FlexStay and manages its availability, pricing, and applicant or guest communication.
Applicant
A renter who has submitted a rental application for a long-term listing, pending the host's review and decision.
Booking
A confirmed short-stay reservation for specific check-in and check-out dates.
Lease
The legal agreement between host and renter for a long-term rental, which FlexStay can route for online signature where enabled.
Verified listing
A listing whose host has completed FlexStay's identity verification, shown with a verified badge on the listing and host profile.
