How to apply for an apartment on FlexStay
Applying for a long-term rental on FlexStay takes place entirely from your account: find a listing, submit an application, message the host, and sign your lease online once approved.
1. Find a long-term listing
Browse by city, neighbourhood, or property type, and filter to long-term listings to see monthly rent and lease terms.
2. Message the host
Sign in and use Message host on the listing page to ask questions before you apply.
3. Submit your application
Choose Apply to rent on the listing page and complete the application. The host reviews it from their dashboard.
4. Sign your lease
Once a host approves your application, FlexStay can route the lease for an online signature where the host has enabled that workflow.
