Host identity verification
Hosts can complete FlexStay's identity verification. Verified hosts and their listings show a verified badge, so you can see this before you message, book, or apply.
Messaging stays in your account
Host conversations happen through FlexStay's messaging, from your signed-in account, rather than an external channel — so there's a record of what was said before you book or apply.
Report a listing
If a listing looks fraudulent, unsafe, or misleading, you can report it directly from the listing page. FlexStay may suspend accounts or listings that are fraudulent, unsafe, misleading, or abusive.
