1. Find a home
Browse by city, neighbourhood, or property type, and filter by short-stay or long-term rentals.
2. Message the host
Sign in and use Message host on any listing page to ask questions before you book or apply.
3. Book or apply
Short-stay listings support date-based booking. Long-term listings take a rental application for the host to review.
4. Sign your lease
Once a long-term application is approved, FlexStay can route the lease for an online signature where the host has enabled that workflow.
